The Anomaly Archives presents
Exploring the Life-Work of Artist/Clairvoyant/Paranormal-Investigator
Eugenia Macer-Story

Featuring Dr. CS Matthews, Stephanie Quick, Ben Roylance and SMiles Lewis
Saturday, August 8th at 2pm CST

Watch Live on… Our YouTube.com Channel
… or …  Our Facebook Page

The Anomaly Archives is hosting a panel discussion on the life and work of this truly unique visual artist, playwright/poet, UFO experiencer / researcher and clairvoyant psychic who used the tapestry of her life as an experimental space in which to deepen her understanding of the process of contact with the uncanny. An accomplished artist and writer, her papers on the physics of synchronicity and other paranormal events were presented at academic conferences while she also had many articles published by UFO research organizations.

Her book “Congratulations! The UFO Reality”, written in the mid-1970’s, concentrated on the effects of these encounters on witnesses, an aspect of these events which in recent times is gaining more attention.

With panelists Dr. C.S. Matthews, author of “Mysterious Beauty: Living with the Paranormal in the Hudson Valley”; Ben Roylance, poet and EMS researcher, Stephanie Quick of the blog “Ghost Dog is a Mystery Box” and host SMiles Lewis, founder of Anomaly Archives.

We are very excited to be hosting this Online / Virtual Meetup webcast event and hope you all can join us for this month’s “Second Saturday,” Monthly Meetup, tomorrow, August 8th, at 2pm CDT. We’ll be streaming live to our YouTube Channel HERE as well as simulcasting it over at our Facebook Page HERE.  We hope you will join us for the live transmission – it will also be archived for later viewing if you can’t make it to the livestream. New Monthly Meetup Second-Saturdays in 2020

The Anomaly Archives hosts a monthly public meeting the Second Saturday of each month. Meetings are 3pm-5pm so guests will have an hour before and an hour after to peruse the library and archives outside of the meeting times. The library will be open throughout its regular Saturday Open Hours from 2-6pm (so long as we have enough volunteers to staff it during the meeting). Sign up for our Meetup.com group for regular updates.

These monthly meetings are an opportunity for the public to learn more about the Anomaly Archives as well as for existing Lending-Library-Members to meet and discuss the latest Anomalous, Fortean, Mysterious, Paranormal, UFO, and Weird News Headlines (Check out our Flipboard online magazine links) and Events! Each meeting will feature some of the latest and most interesting anomalous news with insights gleaned from the Anomaly Archives collection of rare materials and its network of researchers.

Every other meeting (even numbered months) will feature a brief presentation and discussion of the Anomaly ADVENTURE Club! Those meetings will be lead by “Viktor Criterion” and “Einida Ecxs” of Super Fun Adventure Quest Time (SFAQT).

The Anomaly Archives endeavors to revive and inspire people’s sense of Wonder and Adventure!

There beats in the hearts of many the yearning for adventure, and so, in 1911, to satisfy that need “Adventure!” magazine was created. It was filled with thrilling tales of travel, intrigue, and exotic occurrences.

It spawned a club of like-minded people who gathered to revel in the idea of adventure and all its tantalizing trappings — the Adventurer’s Club. Adventurers gathered every month to share stories of excitement and glory. Many interesting people have crossed the Club’s threshold, and it is high time that their stories be shared with a wider audience.

One of these adventurers was once a household word and an American celebrity whose very name was a byword for all things exotic and thrilling. This was Frank Buck of Gainesville, Texas, an animal collector who cared so deeply about the animals he rounded up for zoos that his motto was, “Bring ‘em back alive.” His passion for animals led him to fame and fortune, movies and mayhem. The things he managed to do and experience in his lifetime will both astonish and amuse.

The Anomaly Archives Adventurer’s Club meeting will be held from 3pm to 5 pm on Saturday, February 8th, 2020.

Remote Viewing & UFOs

Using one mystery to try to explain another: That’s what seems to be happening in the perpetual interplay between remote viewing (RV) and unidentified aerial phenomena–popularly known as UFOs–space aliens, and everything connected to them in the popular culture. This confluence of RV and UFOs goes back almost to the beginning of remote viewing itself, and not just the notorious, but some of the most prominent and respected members of the remote viewing community have indulged. Impossible to fully capture in one evening discussion, I nonetheless introduce you to the general outlines of the controversy, sketch for you the interrelationships of some of the main figures and their claims, show you some of the more provocative and interesting results, and explain the advantages and shortfalls of employing remote viewing to ferret out the truth of extraterrestrial visitation.

About Paul H. Smith …

Paul H. Smith was recruited into Star Gate remote viewing psychic espionage program in 1983. During his seven years in that program, he studied under the legendary Hal Puthoff and Ingo Swann, served as a first-line operational remote viewer, wrote the official manual on controlled remote viewing, and taught CRV to new military remote viewer candidates.  Among his students are included now-famous remote viewers such as Lyn Buchanan, Mel Riley, and David Morehouse.  Paul has briefed and demonstrated remote viewing to senators, admirals and generals, and other senior military and government officials.  He is president and chief instructor of Remote Viewing Instructional Services, Inc., and is a founding director of the non-profit International Remote Viewing Association, of which he is president.  His book “Reading the Enemy’s Mind: Inside Star Gate – America’s Psychic Espionage Program,” was a Book Bonus Feature and Editors Choice Selection for Readers Digest.

His latest book is “The Essential Guide to Remote Viewing: The Secret Military Remote Perception Skill Anyone Can Learn.”  Paul is also co-producer of the acclaimed DVD-based  “Learn Dowsing” training course, and the “Remote Perception: Basic Operational Training” remote viewing home-study program.  He has a BA from Brigham Young University, an MS from the National Defense University (both in Middle Eastern Studies), and a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin, writing on consciousness, philosophy of mind, and philosophy of science.

DIRECTIONS to The Anomaly Archives

It’s a little tricky to find the first time, so here are the directions:

If you’re heading northwest on Research/183 from I-35, Mopac or 360, exit 183 at the Oak Knoll exit, pass through the light at Oak Knoll, and stay on the access road heading north. The next side street off the 183 access road will be Technology Blvd; do not turn on Technology. Immediately after you pass Technology, there will be a driveway on your right (the only one in that area) — Exit into that driveway. There will be a sign overhead for “Forest Plaza.” After you pull in, you’ll have no choice but to go to the left into Forest Plaza. Our building is the back left building within the complex — Suite 302. If you’re heading south on Research/183, you also exit at Oak Knoll, but take the u-turn just before you get to Oak Knoll, get over the right on the northbound access road, and prepare to make the right immediately after Technology Blvd. as in the directions above.

Please RSVP via the Austin Astral Projection Meetup group listing.

The 9/11 terrorist attacks in New York and Washington, D.C. were arguably one of the most disturbing events to happen so far this century. There are many unexplained anomalies associated with these attacks. The number and nature of the anomalies have led a significant and growing number of people to question the official explanation of these events as simply the result of a small band of terrorists.

This investigation takes a fresh look at these events using remote-viewing methods that were originally developed by the U.S. military and used for espionage purposes.

As part of the Farsight 911 Project, local Remote Viewer Todd Ronan contributed 6 RV sessions and will summarize those sessions in an effort to help decode the events of September 11th, 2001.

No understanding of how RV works is necessary.

Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925) was arguably the greatest creative genius of the 20th Century. He created the Waldorf School movement, which is one of the largest private school movements in the world with over 1000 schools worldwide; he created Biodynamic Agriculture, which was the first alternative agricultural movement with 1000s of acres under cultivation and Demeter certified foods particularly in Europe; he created anthroposophically extended western medicine with hospitals, pharmaceuticals, and 1000s of MD’s practicing around the world; he created a unique school of architecture best known for the Goetheanum, a concrete building in Switzerland; he created the movement art of Eurythmy; and he attempted to restructure Central Europe after World War I with his Threefold Social Order. Hitler attacked Steiner in print in 1921 and the early Nazis tried to kill him in 1922 when he lectured in Munich.

His collected works number over 350 volumes. A well known intellectual of his day, he was given the task at age 22 of editing the scientific writings of Goethe for the first complete edition of Goethe’s works. Steiner’s development of a Science of the Spirit to complement Natural Science based on precisely “schooled clairvoyance” led to a great deal of controversy during his life and continues to do so today.

At the request of Stephen Usher in 1983, Nobel laureate Saul Bellow wrote a foreword to Steiner’s Boundaries of Natural Science, which was published by the Anthroposophic Press. Joseph Beuys’ untimely death in 1986 prevented him from writing an agreed upon foreword to a volume of Steiner’s social thought.

Stephen E. Usher received an MA in mathematics and a PhD in economics from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He served on the research staff of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (1978-1980) where he attended meetings with Paul Volcker. He took over the management of the Anthroposophic Press (publisher of Steiner in the US) in 1980 and continued in that position until 1988 when he joined an international economic consulting firm. In 1999 Mr. Usher became an independent economic consultant. Today he spends his time writing and lecturing about Rudolf Steiner.
