Octopus Conspiracy –

Besides the widespread use of the Octopus as a symbol of the tentacles of power controlling the world (see examples in this Rigorous Intuition forum thread) – often with racist overtones – there is what is variously called The Octopus or Inslaw Software conspiracies.
