Anomaly Archives founder, SMiles Lewis, will be the guest of Ben & Joe on their UFO Garage Podcast, for THURSTY THURSDAY, March 10th @8:pm CST. Joe & Ben are donating 20% of their merch sales for this quarter to the Anomaly Archives, 501c3 nonprofit:
“Doing our part: Every quarter we donate 20% of all merch sales towards a UFO Research or Experiencer Support Group.
This quarter we chose to help out Anomaly Archives in Austin Texas find it’s new home!“
You may recall that they posted a video of the tour I gave them of the Anomaly Archives previous location, in February of 2020, just before the pandemic lockdowns changed everything…
On November 21st, the Anomaly Archives launched a marathon series of FREE streaming “Virtual-Conference” fundraisers. You can watch that inaugural streamathon and subsequent streamathon events at these links directly below and further below is information on this coming Saturday’s lineup of presenters and special screening of DOOM VIBRATIONS.
Thanks to all of you who have donated to our fundraiser – whether here via GoFundMe, or via our Facebook Fundraiser campaign page or discreetly via PayPal or other channels – we have officially reach the halfway point of $10,000 towards our total goal of $20,000! We are tremendously humbled by everyone’s amazing generosity. Thank you! We still have a long way to go towards our total goal – and we have 3 more Saturday Streamathons to go before the end of the year and the end of this emergency fundraiser. Thanks again for all your support!
The Bad News…
Last week our landlord informed us that they are not extending an invitation to renew our lease at our current location. We had hoped to be able to stay at the current location for as long as possible, or at least another year. However, the landlord, itself a nonprofit, has also been hit hard by the pandemic and is having to make its own tough decisions and that has included not renewing leases when its tenants’ current lease terms expire; this includes another nonprofit that has been there for 20 years.
Three years ago, our current location was recommended to us by one of our email newsletter subscribers. We hope that perhaps one of you reading this now might have another good location opportunity you are aware of and that you will share it with us. We’d prefer something with its own entrance, with good parking, centrally located (but preferably in South or East Austin / south of Koenig Lane aka 2222), 800-1200 square feet for no more than about $1,200 per month total. Even better are locations with utilities included in that pricing. If you have leads on good inexpensive location options for lease, please reach out to us via email at Contact@AnomalyArchives.org or leave the information in a voicemail at (512) 842-9046.

Many of you have already donated (you can see the aggregated pledge counter that draws in our various Facebook, PayPal, and GoFundMe charity donations at our website) but this #GivingTuesday Matching-Funds Fundraiser is another great way for you to help.
