Back in the 1990s when I was briefly publishing my E.L.F. Infested Spaces zine I met fellow Texan, Bernie Nelson, who claimed to be a victim of psychotronic mind control. His wild story made for a very interesting read. For this week’s issue I’ve selected his telling of the tale as our Book-of-the-Week.
