UPDATE on Ruth Miller’s lecture / 2019 Holiday Social this Sunday

Our special guest presenter, Dr. Ruth Miller, won’t be able to travel to Austin for this event as originally planned. However, she will be engaging with our Austin audience LIVE via Skype video telepresence thanks to the efforts of our co-sponsors, INACS and the IONS Austin Community Group.

For our holiday gathering this year Dr. Ruth Miller explores the ancient alchemical traditions surrounding winter solstice – how they originated and what they mean for us today – in a media presentation that bridges across cultures, space, and time, and demonstrates the power inherent in each of us, all the time.”

DIRECTIONS: North of the river on the north bound I-35 feeder road at Lambie Street in the Extend-A-Care for Kids building. Entry is thru the bldg’s main entrance doors only.
PLEASE NOTE: Building Entrance Doors WILL LOCK at 4:15PM. We will post a telephone number to call for building entry after 4:15PM and for anyone attending the holiday social only at 6PM.
COST: Suggested $10 Free-Will Love Offering helps defray program expenses. Your donation in any amount is much appreciated. NO ONE is turned away! ALL ARE WELCOMED!!
6PM – 7:30PM: HOLIDAY SOCIAL
We look fwd to our time together in fellowship, warm conversations, and lite eats!
PLEASE NOTE: This is a lite snack social with “finger food” and desserts.
PLEASE BRING a lite “finger food” snack and/or dessert to share and your fav beverage. NO hot plates please – as we do not have a full service kitchen to prepare and heat large quantities of foods.
We will provide light beverages (ice tea, soft drinks, etc.) and base snacks.
PLEASE NOTE: We encourage you to bring your food and beverage in by 3:45PM – so as NOT to disrupt the presentation starting promptly at 4PM.
We have one refrigerator and will provide a limited number of coolers with ice.
