Recent revelatory hints from Paul that he remote viewed the 2004 Tic-Tac Nimitz Encounter in 2011, likely working for Bigelow’s BAASS / AAWSAP – AATIP

all kinds of uh sensationalist claims and and and stories that really probably aren’t true. I I won’t go too far with

9:27

that because I don’t want to name names but uh I’d kind of tried to stay out of

9:32

it but I’ve not been able to because of well essentially the company I keep. I’m close friends with Hal Putoff and Ingle

9:39

Swan of course was very much interested in in ETSs particularly in their

9:45

abilities to engineer and manipulate consciousness. Um, and you know, John Alexander and he

9:52

and I have been buddies for forever. And you know, there’s a whole list I’m not going to go into, but I finally decided

10:00

it was time to become serious about it. Um, with the Nimmits incident, which I

10:05

had actually been exposed to in 2004, um, not sorry, not 2004, 2011.

10:13

And um and that kind of brought me around because now we have very hard to

10:19

refute evidence that these things are real. Uh that that whole NIMK thing, in

10:25

fact, I was talking to Jay Stratton about it at uh Phenomicon. Um that that one incident plus the

10:34

others that are similar to it have given us about the best evidence you could ask

10:39

for anything, much less UAPs. I mean, multiple evidence streams, multiple

10:44

independent evidence streams reporting the same phenomenon.

10:50

We don’t get better than that. And the skeptics keep trying to debunk it, but it’s clear they don’t know what the heck they’re talking about. So, so that’s how

10:58

I got into this. And uh and I I bow to Richard’s expertise in in the UAP

11:06

uh field far far more than mine. But the whole consciousness thing is how I tie

11:11

into this. Um, it’s clear that ET has

11:18

have have has much more of an entree into using consciousness than humans do.

11:24

and Engel’s belief that humans were much much uh he believed that we had latent

11:30

uh potential that was far greater than what the ETSs have and they’re afraid of

11:35

us realizing that and so they’re intervening. Now I I I keep you I take all this stuff with a grain of salt

11:41

until we have actually evidence for it. I take it as a a hypothesis to be uh to

11:47

be established. But anyway, so so that that kind of opens the door for Richard

11:53

here who is much more the expert in this than I am. So absolutely. Quick followup, just

11:58

curiosity question. How did that come across your your your plate in 2011? Did

12:04

someone from the inside want to see what you thought about it or I was I ended um I was hired to put

12:13

together a team of people to remote view that incident. Wow. through, as you can imagine, what

12:18

was going on at the time. I have this NDA uh and I’m not sure what I can say.

12:23

Everybody else seems able to talk about it, but I I apparently can’t. Can we ask if this was part of the OAP

12:30

or ATIP programs? Oh, you know, it might have been

12:37

very very high likelihood that it might have been, right? Um

12:43

yeah, makes sense. I mean, you’ve got people like Hal Putoff involved in that in Oh, yes. He he was our

12:48

Why would they not want He was our go-between, right? Um we

12:53

didn’t do a very good job for reasons I’ve since think I teased out. Uh you

12:59

know, unlike some of my other buddies, I won’t claim to have had great success when I didn’t have great success, right?

13:06

Uh but it was a a marvelous effort. Uh we had a a building dedicated to our

13:11

particular use. We created three gray remote viewing rooms like we used to have at Fort me. Um I had uh three

13:19

monitors and six viewers and two analysts and a and a uh administrative

13:26

assistant and it was a full-fledged project for a full week and I I wish

13:32

we’d had better success. Uh but but still even just the very experience of

13:37

it and the and the practice at doing a good operation was uh was awesome. It was awesome.

13:46

That’s might be new information. Yeah. Yeah. I I think one one day we’re going to want to pry the uh results out of you if

13:53

that’s ever going to be I don’t have them actually. Oh, okay. We were required to turn

13:58

everything over to the contractor uh contracting

14:03

that’s fascinating agency shall we say. Um, and so I only

14:09

have vague memories of what came out, but it it really wasn’t very well didn’t it really didn’t produce a lot of good

14:15

information about that in incident. And I didn’t even know what the target was

14:20

until later how under the table uh informed me about it.

14:27

Still the beans. Interesting. Yeah, it’s extremely interesting.
