Ross, Ricardo – 

A local Austin artist that Anomaly Archives founder SMiles Lewis met downtown selling his drawings. His art subjects were almost exclusively detailed line drawings from aerial perspectives that he allegedly drew from memory, claiming he had a sort of OBE (Out-of-Body-Experience) / RV (Remote Viewing) clairvoyance ability which he drew upon for the realism of his drawings. After meeting him, Miles visited him at his family home in West Austin where he spoke voluminously on his belief that the majority of UFOs were in fact Nazi flying saucers. At least, that is Miles’ memory of his encounter with the artist.
